Description
MassMedia Studios requires an experienced Producer to develop solutions using internet and multimedia technologies and successfully deliver these projects on-time and within budget. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Producer works closely with clients, team members and other producers to define the overall vision of projects and negotiate final deployment of this vision amongst the team.
The Producer is required to maintain budgeting, scheduling and projection needs as well as manage the project development process from its initial concept through to ongoing maintenance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a client focussed attitude are a must. A professional, down-to-earth persona is highly desired.
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience successfully producing complex digital solutions, such as websites and multimedia applications, of high quality for blue chip clients Proven ability to lead, prioritise and organise multiple resources while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Working knowledge of HTML, other interactive languages, browsers, design constraints/capabilities on the internet, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to the business development process; in particular the preparation of proposals and tender documents
- Awareness of online marketing and campaign development techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies
- Ability to create functional designs and document specifications of web sites and multimedia applications.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional manner with clients.
- Ability to work with clients to clearly define project requirements
